I've taken one of the longest break from blogsphere in recent time. Time flies and week 2 in uni is all but over already! Wow... Rest assured humans of all nation, I'm still very much alive! I've taken the States by storm and till date, I'm still having so much fun! But of course, amidst all the fun time, I've to clock in some extra hour on my academic side since the last I used my rusty brain was... 8months ago? Yea, 8 long months yo! It's okay, I reckon is very much worth it since it's my future we're talking about here.

Let's see, a little FAQ here shall we?

1. How's classes?
If I tell you is horribly funny, will you believe me? Haha! Seriously, the lecturers are hilarious! I never once go to class without laughing my ass off. Lecturers crack jokes - any sort of jokes - in the middle of their teaching which to me, certainly lifted the entire class atmosphere! Classes over here are all computer based, thus, making us student all motivated to study. Yea, techno-savvy.

2. How's the food?
Unfortunately, I haven't been having too much free food as of late. Well, does free doughnuts from Krispy Kreame counts? So much so, the cafe food is still not-too-shabby. I've been having too much pizza and fries which is demeaning towards my health. However, that's the only choice I get. They usually serve rice with weird food which isn't in my list of "edible food." So, no rice...

3. You're not eating healthy, you know?
Yes, I know that. But I've been working out as much as I could. No wait, not working out but playing as much sports as my schedule allows me to. Soccer in particular. I've only manage to hit the gym once and ohhhh boyyy... The machines in there are well focus on weights itself. Yea, the wonder you see lots of muscle man over here. Booo~

4. How's the weather then?
The weather on the otherhand had been a lil' less unwelcoming. I finally experience the infamous wrath of Oklahoma weather. It was as hot as 31celcius on Monday. But guess what? It dropped as low as 10celcius on Tuesday morning. On top of top of that, it was hailing like gust wind and all. Mannn it was cold! I was force to take out some of my winter clothing. Oh well, I'll just have to get used to this sort of condition soon enough and prayerfully, Mr.Weather man will be a lil' more kind to us. =)

5. Any other interesting stories?
Yea, I'm recruited into the Talon editorial team as a journalist photographer. Say WHAT?! Yea, you heard me right. I've been spotted & recruited into the local weekly newspaper team and my first work will be published this coming Friday! I'll be covering campus news and I'm really excited ahead of all my upcoming "assignments!"

6. Wow! Great job Jammy. So, do you get paid?
Unfortunately not. But I might get an extra credit hour if the editorial class could fit into my schedule (currently not possible) and possible scholarship in the future. It's prolly better for me rather than salary. Isn't it?

7. Awesome! Anything else you want to share?
Yesss, SGA (Student Government Association) have organize a full week of events non-stop and I've manage to get my ass to a few of it! Let's seee...

Monday: Oklahoma Local Band Concert - Ugly Suit
Tuesday: Mudpit Formal
Wednesday: Cat-fishing competition. (Canceled due to weather condition)
Thursday: 30th Annual First Week Foolies
Friday: Cat-fishing competition & Movie @ baseball field - The Sandlots. (Cancel due to projector issues.)

If you're wondering, NO, I didn't attended all of it. I've got assignments to accomplish remember? However, I've done a great job in picking on the events to attend. I attended Mudpit Formal (Didn't join, but I went!), and 30th Annual First Week Foolies - lecturer's act for one whole night! So, what'd jammy does best when he attends an event? PICTURESSSSSSS!! So folks, sit back and relax. =)

Time flies. Everything is so fast-paced. Day by day. Soon enough, it's the end of Sept already. Owhhh booo... Well, now that the first week is well and behind us, everything's gonna step up a gear which means... I'm prolly going to get more assignments? Haha! I hope not, but we'll see.
